We really enkoy our stay, the location was perfect for all our tri oround the city.

The standard was generally very high and the inclusive breakfast was more than adequate to start the day.

I thought that the narrow lane in which the entrance was situated was a little intimidating late at night. Perhaps better lighting might solve this issue?

Breakfast is far from the expected level of Marriott Hotels, very poor, missing vegetables, eggs, only one sortiment of cheese, personell is almost missing Batth toilettries - not at Marriott level

Lot of space for a family with 2 children.Exactly what we were looking for. Beds for kids were done when we arrived.Very well placed in the city !! for shopping, visiting, restaurants,..

Breakfast a little poor. And often, it was necessary to wait a little till place was free in the breakfast room. We asked also 3 time to replace the butter (date of consumation was overpassed from more than one month !). It was very surprising to see the same butter the day after, and again the day after.. so we wondered also abouut the others products proposed for breakfast..

The appartment was excellent with a perfect view towards Buda Castle and location of the Hotel is just 50m from Vaci street. The Hotel staff was very efficient and nice regarding all the requests - city map, parking info, broshures etc.

The enterance of the Hotel is not visible adequately. Taking into account that we were guests for Eastern Holidays, we were supprised that there were no eggs on the menu, decoration or any other elements indicating that it is a very important Holiday celebrated all over the world. Additionally, the breakfast area is too small, the number of tables is not in corelation with number of rooms/guests and waiting for a table is negligible and lasts for 15-20 minutes. In that case, if you are not willing to wait- you should be able to find a solution and take breakfast into your appartment and enjoy private meal.

The hotel is suitable for a family as the room is far too big for a couple. The reception is very small but the staff are very helpful. Security is good as you have to insert room card for entering your floor and even the main entrance. The room are well equipped with necessities e.g. hot water kettle, hair dryer, ironing facilities etc.

There was a consturction site nearby and the hoarding totally blocked the way to the hotel. The breadkfast was too simple and the breakfast room was too small, it's not possible to accommodate all the guests in the peak hours.

Really nice apartment, huge bed, nice bathroom. Room was cleaned, bed was made and dishes were put in to the dishwasher everyday.

I really can,t complain about anything. Breakfast isn't worth its price, if it doesn't include your room price, but you can make your own breakfast in your own cithen if you want.

It was the second time we stayed and we had room number 761 which gave a very nice view so when going back we shall try to have room 61 7th to 10th floor for the beautiful view of the Danube river and bridge. The breakfast was of good standard the bread lovely!

Location

Access to the hotel was limited. Very hard to get to the hotel due to construction works. Therefore we could not use and parking.

Poor choise at breakfast. Same menu every morning - was a little boring.

the staff show real willingness to help. They work hard to accomodate your request.

The hotel was overbooked, so we do not have a room when we arrived. Staff wanted to send us to another Marriot hotel further to the location we chose. Foryunately, there was a cancelation and we could get a room.

The suite was very spacious which is great for families.

Roadworks directly outside the hotel made access quite difficult. However this would be a temporary problem.
